(in the same complex of the Joint Conference site)

(in the same complex of the Joint Conference site)
and in other hotels in the surrounding area and in the centre of Rome

· Hotel Bolivar
· Hotel Palladium Palace
· Hotel Hilton Airport Rome
September in Rome is high tourist season and therefore early booking is strongly recommended. Requests for reservation should be received no later than 25 July 2005. After this date, booking and mentioned rates are not guaranteed.
Re.Fr.An. will operate on a first-come first-served basis and will do its best to assign rooms in the hotel of the selected choice, but if it's already booked out, rooms in a hotel of the same category will be assigned.
The hotels have very few single rooms and double rooms for single use will be assigned when single rooms are no available. The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or fax, based on the method of booking.
Booking will be not accepted without credit card details.
Re.Fr.An. is available also in providing assistance and information on transfers, air and railway travelling and ticketing.
Note
Room reservation does not imply registration for the Joint Conference which must be booked separately using the Conference Registration link.
Room reservations are the responsibility of individual conference attendees and do not imply any involvement or responsibility on the part of the conference organizers.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.
For cancellation:
- before 15 September 2005, Euro 10,00 will be charged for processing and administrative costs.
- after 15 September 2005, one night rate of the selected hotel will be charged for cancellation or no-show.
