This year the 11th Ka and Broadband Communications Conference and the 23rd AIAA International Communications Satellite Systems Conference will be held jointly in Rome at the Aurelia Convention Centre, on September 25 - 28, 2005.

Both conferences will maintain their individual identities for the technical program, but will share the opening plenary session and many of the social activities, including the conference dinner, all lunches and coffee breaks. This joint event will afford all participants the opportunity to interface with a larger and more varied group of satellite communications professionals and will provide the sponsors better exposure than possible with each individual conference.

The Joint Conference will provide an in depth exploration of the economic, marketing, technical and regulatory issues affecting new and planned communication satellite services.

As in previous years, the conference is made possible by the generous support of the satellite industry, and therefore we appeal to you again for your support.

The support can be a general sponsorship of $ 4,000.00, which entitles the sponsor to the following benefits:

· Display/exhibit of company literature at the conference site;
· Inclusion of company name and logo:
o on the conference web site,
o on the Conference bag,
o on the Final Program,
o on the Conference Proceedings (volume and CD ROM),
o on the Conference signage
· Inclusion of one full page color advertisement in the Conference Proceedings.
In addition to the general sponsorship, there are opportunities to support specific social events, such as the conference dinner, cocktail reception or memorabilia, such as the conference medallion.
