Advance registration deadline: 05 August 2005

Author’s registration deadline: 30 July 2005

Submission of the manuscript will be accepted if at least one author’s registration fee is received by 30 July 2005.

Registration to the Joint Conference should be made via the WEB.

On-site registration is possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference, but advance and on-line registrations are strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced registration fees.

The registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates

• on Sunday, 25 September 2005 from 8:00 to 18:00,
• on Monday, 26 September 2005 from 8:00 to 18:00,
• and the following days during the Conference hours.

 Please remember to bring your letter of confirmation with you, if you have pre-registered via web.

THE JOINT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

• Access to both Conferences,
• Access to 3rd BroadSky Workshop,
• Proceedings of the 11^th Ka and Broadband Communications Conference Proceedings (printed book),
• Book of Abstracts and access to the online Proceedings of the ICSSC 2005 Conference,
• CD-ROM of Joint Conference Proceedings,
• Coffee breaks (Monday - Wednesday, 26 - 28 September),
• Award Luncheon on Monday, 26 September,
• Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, 27 and 28 September,
• Cocktail Reception on Monday, 26 September,
• Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 27 September.

THE COLLOQUIUM FEE INCLUDES:

§         Access to the Colloquium session,

§         Printed copy of the presentations as provided by the Speakers,

§         Coffee breaks,

§         Lunch.

The Colloquium will take place on Sunday, 25 September 2005. It is not included in the Joint Conference Registration Fee.

It is possible to register for the Colloquium without registering for the Joint Conference.

Please be aware that registration for the Joint Conference DOES NOT imply a room reservation, which must be made separately using the Hotel Registration Form.

PAYMENT:

The registration must be accompanied with payment of the corresponding registration fee.

All payments must be in Euro. Registration fees are inclusive of Italian VAT (20%).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 2, 2005. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Joint Conference Proceedings (book and CD-ROM) will be mailed to the registrant. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
