Following its traditional target, the Workshop will be focused on recent advances of research and applications on mobile satellite systems, including subject areas such as:

Satellite system architectures
Propagation channel characterization and modelling
On-board antennas and transponder technologies
Mobile terminals
Space applications of DSP techniques
Modulation, coding and multiple access
Mobile TCP/IP via satellite
Network and mobility management issues
Multimedia applications, including S-UMTS scenarios
